Receipts are generated from captured ledger and session facts. They do not classify the expense for tax or plan purposes.
Receipt number and issue date
Captured amount and any refunded amount
Learning Pod title, subject, session date, and duration when available
Educator name when available
Pricing facts used at capture, such as pod size and family price per hour
Plain language
A receipt can help a family keep records, but it does not decide plan treatment. Families should keep their own records and ask the relevant plan administrator before relying on any reimbursement path.
